Need help with a beautiful Hibiscus!!!?

I have a Hibiscus like I have never seen anywhere and I don't know the name of it. Can anyone help me with getting a start off of the existing plant. I am not sure of the best way to get a start with this plant. thanks

Take a cutting, dip in Root Tone or similar substance. Place cutting in moist soil. Add moisture when it starts to dry out. After a few weeks transfer to larger pot and plant outside in the spring.
