How do I make Hibiscus tea?

Is it best to make it from loose or from tea bags?
How do I make Hibiscus tea?
It is best to make hibiscus tea from freshly dried flowers sold in herbal or health shops for its antioxidant properties rather than in teabag form. To prepare the tea, simply steep a handful of flowers in a cup of very hot water for 5 minutes before drinking.
Reply:it is best to make these herbal teas with boiling water. the steep time should be to taste, but generally 6 minutes. You will not get a bitter taste if it's oversteeped, just a stronger one. Ideally, you want whole flowers, but the bags aren't a bad choice.
Reply:I use loose flowers...the flower heads can be purchased at the store...and I do not boil it I let it sit in the sun and steep...
