Bulb flowers?
You might want to look under narcissus, some of the cultivars have larger petals and a very small tube in the middle of the flower.
Reply:If your bulb is sticking part way out of the ground and the flowers are pink or white, these may be Amaranthus bulbs - sometimes called naked ladies as the have a flower without leaves the flower dies down and then later the leaves appear. Doesn't look like a hibiscus though. Check nerines %26amp; crocus as well some of these are summer flowering.
Reply:Well, bulbs generally have a "dead" look to them - thats the outer covering that protects the bulb. It's what's inside that sprouts into a plant.

Hard to tell what kind of flower you've got without a description. If you think it looks like a hibiscus, then do a google search and look at the images section to see if you find anything similar. Also take into consideration what your location is, as there are many different varieties and they aren't able to grow just anywhere.

Any more info that you can provide would help determine what you have.
