Can you help me with my computer problem?

ok i need some help i have this problem with are internet every time i open up a web page and search for poker sites it deletes it i used to be able to but now i cant. i think it happend we took are computer into a shop to put a net nanny on it and i think the level of security on it is like a 100. the icon that is on are toolbar looks exactley like a 6 leaf hibiscus and every time you click on it it just ask for a password. can you please give me the name of this program. i cant take it back to the guy because he moved his buisness.is there a master password for this program please help me.(sorry 4 so many detales)

First off, someone installed it because someone else is going to sites that infect the PC! For instance, poker sites are infested with spyware! It sounds like someone other than you installed this software to keep YOU from accessing these sites! Maybe mom and dad are gettin sick of takin the old PC in the shop and payin out the bum to fix problems YOU created!

Reply:Simple...take the computer to a different shop...(unless you are just a kid trying to disable net nanny so you can surf sites you aren't supposed to...in which case you just have to deal with it). By the way, no master password.
Reply:Take the c-drive out and replace it. It sounds the fluxcapacitor is interfering with the cablosion wires. I would remove the interfusion and put the deno membrane into the gigo-pack.
