I can't find any red raspberry tea?
I've found red raspberry leaf tea (not the same as a raspberry zinger) in health food stores (like GNC) or in the health food section of the grocery store. It's usually not in with the regular tea.
Also, it doesn't really induce labor - it's supposed to "tone" your uterus, and is supposed to be good to drink after 32 weeks, I think. You need to drink it quite a few times a day.
Reply:I'm in the same boat. I read the ingredients and there ARE raspberry leaves in it...which is supposed to be the ingredient, but I just don't know if there is ENOUGH of it in there!
Reply:my niece just had her baby, %26amp; she went to an herbal pharmacist, %26amp; the pharmacist gave her red raspberry tea to flatten her stomach, (back to normal size) i dont know about inducing labor, but find an herbal pharmacist, they have it.
Reply:My neighbor made me "homemade" raspberry leaf tea on my due date. It was in August so the leaves were around in the yard. I did go into labor that night but I don't think it had anything to do with the tea...just a coincidence.
Reply:red raspberry tea does not induce labor , it tones the uterus and help bring contractions together when they start, You can find it at the health food store!! I`m actually making some right now!!
mother of 3 and 36 weeks prego
