i know i've probably asked a few questions on here about my plant. but i love this plant and i want the best for it. now i'm wondering why has it appeared to have droopy leaves yesterday and today. not all day. yesterday it was around 86 outside and sunny. so i put it out on the deck. it was also windy and i noticed the droopy leaves after it was out for awhile. i thought maybe it didnt like the wind. i brought it in and after being back inside for awhile looked better. today i get home from work and it looks droopy again. it wasnt out today. i dont put my plant out if its below 65 and not sunny. today was only 50s so no way would it ever go out in that. the dirt doesnt look exactly dry yet. and i make sure it gets enough water. i went away for the weekend and left water in the tray on the bottom of the pot. for my plant to take when it needs it. i know i need to give it a bigger pot. and plan to soon. why is it droopying though? i do everything i know to do for it
Whats going on with my hibiscus?
ok it would probably need more water don't worry it wont die because i have one and it grows outside and they just propbably need more water and if you want to know if that is enough water put your finger in the soil at about 5-7cm deep and if it is dry then water it and if it is cool and crumbly then you should put some more water on it and it should be okay
Reply:I live in australia and can tell you the heat won't bother them. Droopy leaves means well usually lack of water. My suggestion would to give the plant a huge drink of water. Get some mulch and mulch around the tree and you shouldn't have any problems.
Reply:They prefer full sun. Bloom is encouraged by heat and humidity. Will root in water and/or cuttings dipped in rootone. Yours may not like all the moving about.
