Hibiscus Help!!!!!!!!!?

I have a potted Hibiscus plant that appears to be sick. I water daily and allow at least 3-5 hours of partial sun daily (due to its location). The branches are bare of leaves and the flowers are very sporadic in their budding. One day I have 12 flowers the next I have 2 and then have to wait several days for more to bud. When the flowers do not bloom the plant looks dead and really takes away from the house. What do I need to do?
Hibiscus Help!!!!!!!!!?
Hibiscus does best in large pots. Use at least a 10-14" pot with drain holes. Also, use a light soil-less mix such as PRO-MIX or Sunshine Mix which is available at most nurseries/garden centers. These are soil-less mixtures consisting of perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, with some bark. Jungle Mix, a professional seed starting mix, available from some home/garden centers, also produces good results. Remember that tropical hibiscus do best with very good drainage. Potting soils are just too heavy, they hold too much moisture. If you have used a potting soil, consider re-potting in a lighter mix.

Don't over-water, keep your Hibiscus on the dry side. You say you are watering every day, how are your roots? Are the light colored? Or black and rotten? Root rot will cause defoliation. Make sure your pots have good drainage. Do not use saucers under your pots. Saucers with standing water under your hibiscus plants can cause root rot and leaf drop.

Occasionally, apply a balanced (10-10-10), slow release fertilizer like Osmocote per label instructions.
Reply:check out the sourse webpage ive listed, there are many others that are probably better, but this one has a few KEYS to why it might not be blooming.. such as over watering, too hot and ect... check it out
