Braided Hibiscus?

Can a braided hibiscus be planted outside in Geogia? Just bought this thing from Lowe's and it appeared to be an outdoor plant/small tree. From what I'm seeing on the net though, is this thing an indoor plant? Or does it have to moved in and out with the weather changes? I'd much rather plant it outside and leave it if I can.
Braided Hibiscus?
just to make sure I would plant the hibiscus in a container that I can move when it may be freezing temperature.. Live in Central Fla, planting zone 9 and Hibiscus are commonly outside they love direct sunlight and well drained soil which I fertilize twice a year in the spring and fall. Azaleas can take the cold better than Hibiscus in your area. Hope it helps!
