Cold Hardy Hibiscus small.?

what are some small hibiscus that can survive zone 7a/7b. No larger than 3 ft tall and 2ft wide.
Cold Hardy Hibiscus small.?
Yes. I'm surprised that yours remains so small, after several years. Perennial hibiscus (Hibiscus moscheutos) likes a lot of water (thus the common name Marsh Mallow), I am wondering if that might be a factor in why yours is remaining so small.

As far as a cultivar that might get 3' tall, I think that the 'Disco Belle' series will be in the range you're looking for. Avoid Lord and Lady Baltimore, both of which can be 5' or more in size!

Good luck-

I hope that this helps

There is also a tropical form of hibiscus, as well as a temperate shrubby hibiscus (Rose of Sharon). I hope that this note helps clear that up?
Reply:Look for rose mallow. It comes in 2-3 colors, looks just like a hibiscus.
Reply:The Hibiscus is a tropical plant that doen't tolerate cold freezes.

If you do get a hibiscus and live in an area that below 32F you should consider moving it in doors before the weather starts to change. The Hibiscus will not tolerate cold temperatures well and will become stressed and damaged after the first real cold spell.
