Hibiscus flower in wind tattoo?

I am looking for a design for a tattoo of a hibiscus flower that looks like it's in a wind storm.

I grew up in south Florida and had to survive a few hurricanes, I feel that the hibiscus symbolizes all the natural beauty that Florida offers that survives some of the most horrible weather that the world has to offer. I am proud of where I come from and I am looking to show that with a tattoo, it needs to be test full.

any idea where I could find a design like this or some one who could design it for me?
