Hibiscus paste? what is use for? and how can I make it?

I read on several website that it is use for hair loss, also for damage hair, and falling hair. I have hair it's just thinning and you can see my scalp on my crown, but the sides are somewhat full. I am a female and I want something natrual to prevent me from goin bald on top. I do oil my hair with something called wild grow hair oil and coconut oil on alt. days. it seems to help but I haven't seen any re growth (fill in of the thinning spots).

I also read to make this paste you use castor oil, coconut oil, with hibiscus but I 'm confused...What amounts of each are put into the mixture? are the flowers and leaf just pulled from the plant? Is it dried or fresh? how do I crush them? what do I use to make the pastehow long after I make this do I have before it goes bad? can I make alot a use it unti it's gone?

If I make this paste? what kind of hibisus plant do I use,I have them in my back yard but there is like 200 different kinds of this one plant.

Willing to try anything.
