Hibiscus problem?

I have a Hibiscus that I planted in ground at the same time (this spring) I planted 3 others and this one, the leaves are curled and kinda dry looking and it gets lots of blooms that start and then they dry up and fall off before they open, what could be causing this? It is in full sun (Texas) like the other 3 and the others are doing fine. Got me confused?????
Hibiscus problem?
It sounds like the plant may not be recieving enough water:

Temperatures over 95 degrees will often cause most flower buds to drop off. Hibiscus can survive temperatures even as high as 115 degrees, provided they have adequate water. When the weather is hot, it is best to maintain a steady supply of water to the plant, rather than have it go through wet/dry cycles.
