I have a Chameleon. What can I cover the soil of his live plant with?

He has a live hibiscus tree in his enclosure. What can I cover the soil with so the crickets won't get in it and he won't ingest any of it?

you go to any Garden shop and by a weed barrier for the plant. I have used the weed barrier for my jackson chameleon. It allows proper water to penetrate for the plant but keeps the the crickets out. It's not dangerous for the chameleon so it's a good choice and it's cheap
Reply:weed barrier
Reply:put the crickets in a bowl so they cant get out your chameleon is smart he'll figure out the rest
