Im growing my hibiscus inside,?

it seems to be doing really well now that ive sprayed it with orthonex, outside.. then i bring it in at night. will it be o.k. when I have to keep it inside during the winter months? it is blooming buitifully. peach!!!

Reply:It should be ok. Give it a nice sunny south window, away from drafts. Hibiscus bloom when heat conditions are optimum, inside, I don't know if it will continue to bloom for you. You can take cuttings from it 6-10" long, stip lower leaves, root hormone, light potting soil, water, put in clear zipper bag, close. When you see new leaves you have roots. good luck
Reply:It depends what kind it is. There is a tropical hibiscus that must stay indoors when the weather gets cold and a hardy hibiscus that can stay outdoors and will rebloom next year.
