What do you think of my tattoo idea?

Im getting my first day and I want to get three hibiscus around my side going from my belly to my back. Im a lil on the chunky side and afraid it wont look good and I am also wondering what the pain level of getting tattooed there is. Any advice would be great.
What do you think of my tattoo idea?
The tummy is a sensitive area.

My husband got a tattoo on his spine, Didnt bat an eyelash.

got one on his tummy and cried like a baby.

It does get sensitive on the stomach around the rib cage area.

So be prepared for some pain, Dont go in assuming that it wont hurt at all.
Reply:it sounds alright, to me it doesn't seem like it means anything to you, like its just something to tattoo on your skin but it doesn't have any real meaning to it..you know? but also i wouldn't get it on your stomach because your skin will start to sag as you get old and if you lose weight it will get a little deformed.
Reply:i think you'll be fine on the level b/c the belly is a soft area so it probably won't hurt bad, and ask your artist before he does it if he thinks it'll look good there on a person your size and he'll be honest, if he thinks it'll be fine then listen to him cause he knows what hes talking about
Reply:you should get jesus tatooed on u
Reply:i'm on the chunky side too but i figured if you got it, flaunt it. No one has ever said anything negative to my face and people have always told me things straight up just because of how I am. Besides, I figured it's my body and as long as I like I really don't give a damn what other people think.

On the painful thing, of course it's going to hurt. It's a needle in your skin. But I have one on my lower back and one on the right side of my lower abdomen. The one on my lower abdomen hurt more though because it was closer to my pelvis bone. I know this may sound gross but at one point it was like I could feel my ribcage vibrating. But you should be ok.

Sounds like a cute tattoo though

Good luck
Reply:I like it. Are the going to be in full color? I'm a sucker for detailed, brightly colored flower ink. :X

You're in luck; being "on the chunky side" will probably mean less pain. The more fat between the bone and skin, the less it hurts, for the most part. So elbows, ankles, feel, etc, tend to hurt more than shoulders, hips, etc.
