Which Tattoo Should I Get First?

I've decided I want to get two tattoos. One of a yellow hibiscus on my foot (for my own personal liking) and one of two praying hands on the back of my hip, for my grandfather. My mom is taking me to get one soon, and I'm not sure which one to get first. It'll be my first tattoo. The hands would obviously be smaller than the foot, but I really like my hibiscus design. Help?
Which Tattoo Should I Get First?
if i were you, i'd get the foot tattoo done first because you know you'll want to show it off, lol.

gosh! dont you hate how silly people can be? you should read the answers to my tattoo question. i asked what people thought about the tattoo i already have, lol. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...
Reply:Get the hands praying first.
Reply:Start with the small one first.
Reply:Hands first. Some people do not heal as fast and your foot could take a little bit of time, meaning no shoes...and it's getting cold out (well, it is here in America).
Reply:Think long and hard about getting a tattoo. Don't let anyone talk you into it if you have any doubts whatsoever.

Think about how you are going to feel about those tattoos 10 years from now?

Do you understand that it is painful and expensive to have them removed and it will leave a scar?

Do you realize that not all people like or approve of tattoos and this might automatically keep you out of some work positions or even stop a man from asking you out?

Finally, marking your body is a no according to the Bible. If you are Jewish, you will not be allowed burial in a Jewish cemetery with a tattoo.
Reply:Get the one of two praying hands on the back of your hip because family comes first :)
Reply:Get a pair of lips tattooed on your bum!

Just kidding, remember they are there for life. I see people all the time regretting tattoos
Reply:I would DEFINITELY stick with the praying hands=It'll definitely let people know that you didn't get one for some slutty reason AND it'll remind you of him. Religious tattoos are so much deeper than flowers:) But then again....hibiscuses are pretty......but I'd stick with the above
Reply:The one on your foot is going to hurt a lot I suggest getting that one first.
Reply:I think you should get the praying hands first to remember your grandfather forever. In honor of your grndfather.
Reply:Just keep in mind, tattoo's do not come off and are more expensive to remove - not to mention there is always a possibility of infection due to dirty needles. All it takes for a Tattoo Artists is to slip up just one time and accidentally use a dirty needle (they are human and not perfect).

Once you weigh these things out and DEEPLY, seriously give them thought, then make your decision. I am not telling you what to do - other than to "think" first.

Personally, the only way I will have a tattoo is if ten men held me down and gave me a tattoo against my will. I might suggest trying a "temporary tattoo" first. Tattoo Parlors that have any merit also have long lasting temporary professional tattoos.
Reply:The hands.
Reply:get the hibiscus on your foot first.
Reply:The two praying hands
Reply:Both are painful spots. Being your first tattoo I would go with the smaller one first.
Reply:I highly reccommend not getting any. Tattoo's are actually addictive. You think, ooh, lemme get just one more! Until your whole body is full of them!
Reply:I would get the preying hands frist.
Reply:i'd get the smaller more meaningful one first. just incase you decide you don't want to get another one
Reply:don't get any kind of tattoo most people regret it later on
