My Hibiscus is under the attack of white Amphids?

My hibiscus plant is ruining because of white amphids and ants. I've tried sprinkling the 50:50 of Detol/kerosine and water two times a week, by cutting the infected parts still nothing is working for it. It is is placed in a well sunlit area. I've even added Gamasine pwd. to it. give me some really workable ideas.
My Hibiscus is under the attack of white Amphids?
Its very common and most annoying. If too much of the infected stems are affect, cut them off and hope for the best. Best is as soon as you see these aphids, dip an old toothbrush in surgical spirits (from any chemist) and rub it on the aphids. They will immediately die. If there are too many aphids, the toothbrush method is a tedious task. But this topical application is better than using too much insecticide which kills butterfly larvae and earthworms as well. Now in the monsoons, the aphids will be washed off. But they will probably come again. Unfortunately this is very common with hibiscuses. I have many, now I dont want any more hibiscuses because of this recurring problem. I found the surgical spirit method the most effective. Surprisingly this aphid problem is not so rampant when the plant is planted in the ground, but then how many of us are so lucky to have a real garden?
Reply:Ladybugs. You can buy them at Home Depot but most of them will fly away. But ladybugs will do the trick.
Reply:Amphids are Aphids, but this is not a spelling bee.

Anyway, I googled, aphids on hibiscus. You should too.

One result that stood out is:

There are multiple ways to rid or control aphids, start there, and if that does not suit you, search as indicated above.
Reply:spray plants with insecticidal soap solution. Google insecticidsal soap for some home recipes or buy at garden shop.
